Nick Labriola

Nick is a lifelong Arizonan. He grew up in Scottsdale, Sedona, and Flagstaff, before moving to Tucson in 2000, his wife’s hometown. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management at the University of Arizona, he then spent a few years working in the civil engineering field, before deciding that real estate was his true passion. Nick Labriola started his real estate practice in 2009, during the middle of the housing downturn. That experience helped shape the way he does business. Nick learned to always give advice based on the market you are currently in, while also thinking about what the future may hold. He wants what is best for each client. Nick understands the contract inside and out and takes the time to ensure you know what you are signing and why. He explains the pitfalls that you may encounter, so you know what to expect throughout the entire process.
