About Nick

Nick Marotta has been helping people sell, buy, or rent properties in the South Jersey area for almost 30 years, and he is still enjoying every moment of it! He has served as Director of the Ocean City Board of Realtors since 1996 and has earned the honor of Realtor of the Year from the same organization in 2006 and 2009. He was elected president of the organization, in 2006, 2007, and 2011. His passion and commitment also saw him award the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence Award multiple times, including a ten-year run from 1992 through 2012.
