Buying a house, especially in the current market can be quite stressful, but Nick is an extremely talented advocate. We never felt pressure to shop outside of our budget, or put an offer on anything we were uncomfortable with. He is extremely honest and consistently pointed out structural items that we would not have noticed without him. He and his team were extremely organized and responsive with all our questions throughout the buying process.

We ended up getting a better deal on our dream home than I could have imagined, and it would not have been possible without Nick! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the saint Louis area!

Nick and Kelly helped us find our first home. They were patient, flexible and responsive to our needs even as they changed. Nick masterfully navigated us through the sales process. I'm most impressed by his concerted effort to treat our house (which wasn't worth a whole lot) just the same (seemingly) as his larger priced projects. This points to a wonderful and hard to find work ethic that I respect tremendously.

Nick was always very quick to email, text, or phone should the need arise. I never felt like I was "chasing" him for information."

We began seriously searching for a home a few months after finding out we were expecting our first child and realizing our small apartment would no longer accommodate which put us on a pressured timeline. Working with the Kingma Maynes Collaborative was such a blessing for our family during this time!

Gretchen is amazingly talented at what she does – literally the best real estate agent we could have ever asked for! She was open minded and accommodating to our often evolving needs/wants while still keeping it real and reigning us in when she felt (and was always right) that we were settling or going rogue from what was discussed during our initial “must haves” consultation.

We went under contract on 4/8 and closed on 5/13, right in the heat of COVID-19. The team at Kingma Maynes Collaborative made the impossible possible and managed to navigate us through the process effortlessly with zero hiccups or delays that impacted our closing date. Nick was persistent when it came to keeping things on track and went above and beyond to follow up thoroughly regarding any concerns we had throughout the closing process.

Our homeowners insurance company literally made a comment about how great our real estate team was for being able to keep things on schedule. He said he was working with 6-7 other clients at the time and every single one of them had faced some sort or delay or issue due to COVID. Without Nick, Gretchen and their team, we are sure this probably would have been the case for us too!
