As a proud former U.S. Marine and a dedicated Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I understand firsthand the unique challenges and opportunities our service members, veterans, and their families face when buying or selling a home. With a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, I’ve spent my career turning those challenges into smooth transitions and successful moves.

I earned my Georgia Real Estate license in 2007 and joined forces with my “better half,” Leshahn Mials, to create Team Better Half — a name that reflects not just our marriage but our commitment to serving clients as a united front. Together, we’ve consistently ranked among the Top 10% producing real estate teams in the southern Georgia region, combining deep market expertise with a shared passion for people.

With more than four years of prior experience as a mortgage lender, I have a unique insider’s perspective on financing — knowledge that allows me to guide veterans and active-duty service members through the complexities of VA loans, special programs, and benefits designed just for them. My experience as both a real estate broker and mortgage professional gives my clients an edge, ensuring they’re fully informed and strategically positioned for success.

I’m honored to be an active member of KW Military Services and to have earned additional professional credentials, including the Relocation Specialist designation and completion of the KW Commercial Real Estate Mentorship Program. These qualifications enable me to assist not only with residential moves but also with relocation and investment opportunities that fit the unique lifestyle of military families.

Beyond real estate, I’m deeply rooted in my community as a coach for a ladies’ kickball team, a mentor for youth sports, and a devoted husband and father of two. Golfing, fishing, hunting, and traveling keep me connected to the outdoors and to the sense of camaraderie that military service instilled in me.
