Nick Morelli has enjoyed serving as a Realtor in Spokane since 2005. Providing clients with service they need and value is his goal. In 2013, Nick took his profession a step further by starting a real estate firm and becoming a managing broker in Washington and Idaho. This requires at least three years full-time experience as an active real estate broker and the completion of an additional 90 hours of approved real estate education. This includes 30 hours of brokerage management, 30 hours of business management, and 30 hours of advanced real estate law.
Nick’s experience is broad and includes assisting clients with finding the home of their dreams, raw land, or building a custom home. Whether it is finding your first home, your forever home, or investment property, Nick will guide you through the process with ease.
Nick’s wife, Kyra, serves as his partner in real estate and their three boys, Cash, Cruz, and Cage, keep them both on their toes. Beyond real estate, Nick enjoys time with his family, photography, four wheeling, dirt biking, wakeboarding, and boating. Having moved into real estate after a career in restaurant management, Kyra and Nick enjoy trying new restaurants as they open in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.
