It was the first time myself and my partner were going through the house buying process and Nick made it simple, fun, and a memorable experience! Nick is the REASON we ended up landing our dream home! We were so excited to work with Nick (as he came recommended to us) and let me tell you, we were not disappointed! It was our first time purchasing a house, and so say Nick was incredibly patient with us, is an understatement. He did everything he possibly could for us, which is what made the sale possible. Purchasing a home in Connecticut was insanity, and every little thing he could do to make sure everything went smoothly, he did. I am absolutely certain that working with Nick was the reason we were able to sweep in and close on our dream home. In addition to being an incredible energy to work with, full of passion and enthusiasm, he’s also just an absolutely wonderful person. We loved working with him and fully intend on working with him again in the future when our family grows.

If you're looking for the perfect realtor, this is your guy ! A couple years ago I was thrown into the unexpected journey of having to move, get a home loan, and find a home. I had no idea where to even start as this was going to be my first home purchase. You can imagine that this can be either the best time of your life, or the most stressful... or a little of both. Once I met Nick, I told him what I was looking for and let him know how nervous I was about this whole process and how all I wanted was to find the perfect place that my daughter and I could call home. From that moment on, I knew we were in good hands. He really went above and beyond, from constant communication so I knew he was there every step of the way. To keeping me up to date with the most current listings as soon as they hit the market. He answered all the millions of overwhelming questions I had, and had the patience of a saint with me !! Nick not only was the best realtor I could have asked for, but he is also very knowledgeable and kind hearted. Nick helped me buy the perfect home, I couldn't have done it without him. He became a friend, he became like family, and he forever has a place at our table ! I am a lender who had the pleasure of working with Nick. He was hard working, quick to act, and always had our clients best interest in mine. Whenever I needed anything for the loan he would get it. The transaction would not have run so smooth without him! I recommend him for anyone buying in CT!
