NICK MYERHOFF Nick has been helping real estate investors manage and grow their commercial real estate portfolios for over fifteen years. He has completed numerous complex transactions including condo-conversions in San Francisco, REO and distressed sales in Oakland, 1031 exchanges, broken condos and complicated inter-family transactions held with multiple trustees. Helping people come up with a strategy that protects and grows their real estate holdings gives Nick great sense of accomplishment. He has a vast network of lenders, managers, and contractors that immediately add value to any investor. Nick’s background is in computer graphics. He had a long and successful career as a video game designer working for top companies such as Electronic Arts. Throughout his working life he has been investing in real estate and currently owns and manages over 40 units in Sacramento, Los Angeles and the Bay Area. Nick’s top three tenets are Honesty, Integrity and Hard Work. He is fortunate enough to be able to choose whom he works with, and limits the number of clients each year to no more than 10.
