We worked with Nick when purchasing a home in Concord, CA. Nick is one of those agents who truly thinks in the perspective of his clients. As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home can be both stressful and suffering from the fear of missing out. Nick patiently helped my wife and I analyze the pros and cons of each property we visited and offered the unbiased advice on each purchasing decision. We really appreciate his work.

I knew nothing about buying a home. Hands down, Nick has been the best to work with and now has become a lifetime friend. I can bother this man with anything at any time, and I he has always been very quick to respond and very efficient. Nick helped us get our first investment property. When we started our house hunt, we were not sure which area should we focus on with our capacity in this competitive market. Nick helped us target the appropriate search area after carefully considering our preferences, goals, and budget. Nick is very well-versed in bay area as well as central valley including Tracy/Mountain House/Manteca/Lathrop market. We passed so many afternoons together looking for the right match spanning Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Mountain House, and Tracy. His expertise about the local market boosted our confidence at times when we thought of giving up. He is always reachable whenever we had any questions from the get-go till the closing. He is very well-equipped with all the knowledge required to handle complex cases. In our case we had to handle with an existing tenant while closing the deal. He acted as a bridge between the sellers, listing agent, property management company, escrow/title company, lenders and ourselves. His in-depth expertise about the process and constant follow-up made the deal a smooth and worry-free ride for us at the end. He took his time to explain every single bit of the process all the way till the end. We had a couple of zoom meetings as well where he explained everything patiently in the disclosures and other paperwork. At one point we were in a situation where we had to extend our rate lock. Nick was always on top during those times and cared about his clients more than anything else. His valuable suggestion and guidance helped us navigate that situation and we were able to close it on time without paying anything extra. Every single time I had questions he was there for me with an answer no matter what time of day it was.
Nick not only helped us close the deal on time, but he also actually followed up post-closing. If it were not for him, we don't think we would have been able to rent the house quickly. He took care of some pending tasks, directed us to the right persons to make sure the house is 100% ready for showing and renting. He also managed time amidst his busy schedule to show the house to prospective tenants, guided us through the whole process until the lease is signed.
We will take his help in our future house hunts with full confidence. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a partner in their house buying/selling process who is willing to go extra mile to make your life easier.

Nick helped my family buy our first home in the highly competitive bay area sellers market. With a very patient and technical demeanor, Nick made sure my family understood each and every single aspect of the transaction including (but not limited to) timelines. Nick spent hours on the phone and meetings and made sure I did not have to google around a single bit, covering technicalities from disclosures to closing. At all points in time during the transaction we continued holding the leverage and dot on time with processes. With Nick we went through properties spanning pretty much the breadth of the Bay area starting from San Jose to Fremont and eventually closed on a dream house in Milpitas. Nick also helped navigate my family through a hiccup in the closing process where the sellers were unable to close on time due to a significant personal issue. The way he made sure I stayed in the transaction with a happy heart (v/s forcing us to close) was really special and required a lot of skills both personal and professional.. Even after closing and we moving in, Nick is constantly staying in touch with me, guiding me with getting in touch with the city, general contractors or just hearing me rant about things. I’d really recommend Nick for anyone who is buying/selling in this market who is looking for a guide who goes way above just the paperwork and process involved in the transaction. I am already starting to plan for my next real estate projects with Nick - and excited to do the same given the focus Nick has on me learning before acting.

Nick was super patient with my wife and myself in this crazy real estate market. In the beginning we were still not 100% sure of what is it that we exactly wanted. Nick's advice was invaluable when our thought process was evolving and then his patience was exactly what we needed with our long "short list" of homes and requirements.
