Nick Pallis

Nick continues a long-standing, family legacy of exclusive real estate counsel and representation to Northwest clientele. He has over twenty-five years of sales experience where his expertise includes both new construction and resale buyer and seller representation for homeowners and land-use brokerage services bringing property owners together with home builders and developers.

Prior to joining Windermere, Nick was Vice-President of Private Equity Sales for Capital Access, a Seattle-based Investment Banking Firm. There, placing private securities for early-stage businesses in the technology and real estate sectors, he was the lead NASD Investment Banker representing a variety of emerging-growth, venture-backed companies, and real estate related investments.

Nick is a graduate of Seattle University where he obtained his BA in International Business with an emphasis in Finance, with Honors.

Native to the Seattle area, Nick currently resides in Kirkland, WA. His outdoor interests include flyfishing, archery, hiking, biking, snow skiing and slalom water skiing.
