Nick Patinkin brings twelve years of real estate expertise and extensive professional experiences to benefit his clients. Nick works with an expansive group of clients, from buyers and sellers, to tenants and landlords within commercial and residential real estate. Nick draws from a successful work history in store operations for a chain of retail jewelry stores followed by 12 years in the financial industry to 5 years as a general contractor specializing in renewable energy systems. He leverages each experience to effectively and efficiently accomplish the goals of each client.

Nick has a deep, rich knowledge of the Chicago area as a life-long Chicagoland resident. He grew up in Chicago's South Side Hyde Park neighborhood and lived for many years in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods before settling in Evanston where he raised his 3 sons.
