Nick Phillips is the Founder and Principal Broker of Landmark Sotheby's International Realty and is consistently recognized as one of the top producing brokers in the state of North Carolina. In 2021 Real Trends ranked Nick #2 in the state of North Carolina for closed sale volume, and his average selling price was over $1,000,000 per transaction.

Originally from Johnson City, TN, Nick began his real estate career developing residential properties in the mountains of eastern Tennessee and on the coast of North Carolina. Nick founded Landmark Real Estate Group in 2008, with the vision of building a luxury real estate brokerage specializing in waterfront and lifestyle properties. In 2014, Landmark became the exclusive affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty on the southern coast of North Carolina. Sotheby's International Realty is the world's largest and most respected luxury real estate brand with over 21,000 sales associates operating out of over 930 offices around the globe.

Nick specializes in marketing luxury and waterfront properties throughout the Wilmington regional market and has consistently proven his ability to sell the region's finest homes. When he is not working, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water with his wife and three children.
