A native of Lake Placid, Nick attended the National Sports Academy and graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2004. One year later he accepted a position working as a new home salesperson for K. Hovnaniain Homes the 6th largest home builder in the country selling over $75M in residential new construction. In 2010, Nick moved back to Lake Placid to join the family business, Merrill L. Thomas, inc. Nick has an extensive knowledge of real estate sales specifically on Lake Placid, Mirror Lake, Upper & Lower Saranac Lake, Upper St. Regis & Spitfire, The Saranac Chain, Tupper Lake and other beautiful bodies of water. His Father, Roby Politi was instrumental in helping him learn the real estate business with 40 years of experience. Nick has a strong personal network from NYC to LP with specific focus on "Great Camp" values in the Adirondack Park.
