Not sure where to begin with the experience I had and being so late to give Nick the feedback review he deserves.Nick was very professional with the Sale of my parents house and knowledgeable on what to do.He was also on time with everything from when he said he would call or meet. He also knew what to do when my Father was not doing well during the sale to protect everyone. Unfortunately my Father passed away right after the sale of his home. Nick helped my husband and I with our first home purchase back in 2018 and we greatly appreciated his honest advice. His help found us a house that was perfect for the first 4-5 years of our homeowner experience. He literally made everything so easy to understand. Fast forward to 2023 we are pregnant and decided it was a great time to upgrade to a new school district and larger home. I was stressed about timelines with a baby on his way and would communicate with him non stop about the buying and selling process and he always answered. This man, went to the Eagles-Chiefs Superbowl in Arizona and still managed to put in an offer on a house for us over superbowl weekend. He helped us find the perfect spot to start growing our family and negotiated an offer 12k over asking on our home in the first 5 days on the market (in a neighborhood mind you where homes don’t turn around like they do right now in the burbs). He’s straightforward when he doesn’t think a house is right for you, not one of those realtors just trying to make a sale and leave you screwed. I’ve known Nick for a while now since we share a lot of the same friends so when it came time to purchase my first home I knew I’d be going with him as my realtor based on reviews from his previous clients and just knowing him as a person. My girlfriend and I saw a place we liked and Nick got us in there right away to see it, put an offer in and less than a week later the owner accepted. He moves quick to get you what you want since he knows that a place can be gone in a flash. Any problems that came up he took care of it right away without question. I had never met Nick Rau, he was referred to me by a close friend. He listed our house and had it pending within two days. He showed us four houses and found us the house of our dreams. It was the fourth house, we put an offer in with a letter and picture and let nick do the rest. It took a few days, but with the market as crazy as it has been I wouldn't expect anything less.
