Nick Sanfilippo has over 35 years of real estate experience which includes both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
In addition to successfully helping his clients, Nick has completed more than 150 personal real estate transactions. Sectors include single-family homes, condominiums, retail strip centers, small office buildings, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use real estate.
