If that wasn't enough, he truly puts himself on the top with his ethics. Very refreshing to have worked with Nick.

I have worked with Nick in the past and found him to be very knowledgeable in his craft and very easy to work with. As an appraiser, I found him to be someone who works hard and advocates for his clients, while understanding the bigger real estate picture including the appraisal side of things, so I think if you chose to work with Nick you would not regret it.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Nicholas Sloney. Very professional, knowledgeable and a sharp dresser, his work ethic it’s outstanding. Nicholas Sloney is aways available for his clients, the dedication and care that he gave my husband and I is admirable. It’s because of him that we were able to find our first home in one of the sweetest neighborhoods in Dearborn. Nick made our experience fun and safe during this crazy COVID time. I was asked to write a review about the aforementioned Nicholas Sloney. So here I sit in my office in deep reflection about my wonderful experience in buying a home with a humble yet charismatic realtor from Century 21. Let me start out with saying I dragged my feet quite a bit. I talked with Mr.Sloney for well over a year with ideas of grandeur, before I finally buckled down and got serious about making a purchase. Each time I called, texted, or emailed he was right on top of it, even though he knew I wasn't even close to ready. He was still patient and answered all my questions. I was looking all over the place and he was ready and willing to show any property, anywhere at almost anytime. He is very accommodating. He is also very honest with you and says what he actually thinks about a house. He laid it out for me plenty of times to let me know how practical or impractical the house we were looking at was, compared to my needs and wants. He does his research on the homes and the areas they are in. He lives, eats, and breathes Real Estate. So if you are looking for a wonderful home buying experience, an agent with a can do attitude, and the perfect place to call home then Nicholas Sloney is your Real Estate Agent.

If you are buying or selling and your realtor's name is not Nick Sloney you've made a huge mistake.

Nick is always available. I mean ALWAYS. He's helped me purchase and sell and I've never heard his voicemail because he always answers.
He helped us negotiate a great deal on my purchase in February and the home is already worth significantly more. He also got us top dollar for the sale of my current home.
He is a tough negotiator and fights for his clients.

Again, if you're not using Nick you're losing money.

I chose Nick Sloney as my real estate agent to both sell my current property and find me a new home in metro Detroit this spring and to simply put it….. he was outstanding.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property. Nick Sloney stood out among his colleagues. Nick’s social media presence was elite, and I could tell he put a lot of heart and soul into his listings.

I first met with Nick at my home. He spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, how long his listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the local area. Nick made the process incredibly easy and went the extra mile many other Realtors don't like having professional photographs taken and a recommending trusted contractors to do the job right.

When I saw my listing, I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off ; my listing looked amazing. From the listing to a quick acceptance of an offer, Nick walked me through every step of the closing process. It could not have been a more pleasant experience.

I have recommended Nick Sloney to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. I will be a Nick Sloney client for life.

Nick helped me purchase my first home and made the process so easy, especially for a first time buyer. Before purchasing my home, I was unsure if I was even ready for such a big commitment; however, Nick was so passionate and knowledgeable about the market that I could not pass up the opportunity. He took care of every little detail that I would have never thought of and made sure I was getting the best possible deal. Never once did I feel that Nick was not looking out for my best interests.

I highly recommend Nick if you are in the Metro-Detroit area. He is so easy to work with and will always make you feel like his first priority.
