I've always had a keen interest in real estate," Nick says. After graduating from the University of Iowa, Nick decided to make a move to Chicago in 2003 & began selling property. Over the past decade, Nick has built a stellar career representing discerning clients & high-end properties.

In 2014, Nick decided to move back to Iowa to begin a new venture as Broker/Owner of Integrity Real Estate, which services Spirit Lake, Spencer, and the Iowa Great Lakes. Prior to Nick's involvement in Real Estate sales, Nick's past experience includes Project Management for Berkshire Holdings, LLC, which Nick owns & operates. Nick's experiences include Estimating & Coordinating multiple projects. This gave Nick an opportunity to create & be involved in building design and architecture, along with the Construction/Development process.
In 2018 Nick pursued his license in Arizona as a Broker Associate with Launch Real Estate.
