He took great videos of the homes we were interested in, gave insight about neighborhoods and proximity to things and most of all, truly understood what we were looking for. We can't say enough great things about Nick Turner!

When we first reached out to Nick, we weren't quite ready to buy and needed to rent. But rather than walk away, Nick stuck it out with us, keeping our spirits up, even when homeownership seemed unlikely.

Being new to Georgia/first-time homebuyers, our knowledge of the areas, market and what to expect of the buying process was next to nothing. It was important we found a realtor who was patient, responsive and insightful. Nick is all of that, and more.

Throughout the house hunt and buying process, Nick always made us feel like we were his only client, even on days when he was closing other properties. He always made us feel like we were a top priority.

Nick also advocated for us. When an element of our prospective (and eventually purchased) home wasn't quite up to par due to poor construction cleanup, he was the one who both pointed it out and negotiated with the seller to have them rectify the issue 100%, saving us money and a potential HVAC issue (which is never cheap).

Overall, we consider being referred Nick Turner a stroke of incredibly good fortune. His professionalism and understanding is unparalleled.

This market was extremely difficult to compete in and multiple times we wanted to give up and try to find another rental. Nick was there the entire time to help us become more competitive buyers and find our dream home. We were out of town and nick went the extra mile to go see a house and videotape it for us knowing that it filled in all our boxes. We placed our FOURTEENTH offer on a house we only saw virtually and our offer got accepted! When we finally got to see the house in person it was perfect, Nick knew exactly what we wanted! Nick never steered us wrong and was completely honest with us the entire time throughout the process. There truly aren’t enough words to describe how fantastic working with Nick has been. We were referred to him by a friend for our cross country move and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Nick was always quick to respond, would quickly book a viewing and film houses for us if we were too busy with work to get off (a must in this current market), and was incredibly knowledgeable of the Atlanta area. He also never pressured us to overbid on a house where he didn’t think there was value - and believe me we were tempted a few times. This is the 3rd house we have bought in our lifetime and truly the best experience we have ever had with a realtor - and that’s saying something considering the volatile climate for buyers right now. I would recommend him to anyone I know without hesitation. If you want someone that has your best interest at heart and will fight tooth and nail for you, Nick’s your guy. And full disclosure, we were not the easiest clients and this is not a fluff review. Nick is the real deal. We wouldn’t be in the house we are today without him.

When it came time to sell our home, we looked at 3 agents and Nick Turner presented the best option for our situation. He was always available to respond to our questions and concerns. When he listed our home it surpassed any competitive listings in the area. Nick's service included a professional photographer and a videographer. We had hundreds of online views and 2 dozen individuals who expressed interest in our home. Nick brought us multiple offers to consider. Nick was with us through the entire journey. He is enthusiastic and full of energy! He is up to date with technology and used his expertise to feature our home in this competitive market. I had a great experience working with Nick!

The housing marking is particularly crazy right now, where you have to kind of drop everything to go tour/put in an offer or the house will be gone. Nick did a really good job of making that process easier.

Nick would go take a look at houses and send me a video as he walks through if I was unable to get over there the same day. This helped me be able to cross a few houses off my list and not take time out of my limited availability by touring somewhere that I wouldn’t end up putting an offer on.

Additionally, he offered a lot of advice on what can make an offer more appealing to a seller. I was a first-time home buyer and had a lot of questions on things like this. Because of his help and advice, I ended up getting my offer accepted and eventually purchasing the first home I put an offer on!
