Nick Witchel

Nick earned his real estate license in 2017. Since then, he has helped many people buy and sell property all over Savannah and the surrounding areas. Nick’s witty personality and vast knowledge of the area make him a favorite agent among locals.

Nick is originally from Savannah, Georgia. Although he has moved away many times, he’s always drawn back into the city he knows and loves so much! Nick met his wife, Jenny, here, and their son Emmett was also born in Savannah. Jenny is AVP for Admission at SCAD, and Emmett is an aspiring actor and singer. When Nick isn’t busy assisting his clients or working on investment properties, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. He especially enjoys watching a live show with his wife at the Historic Savannah Theater, where his son performs!
