As you're probably aware, the Reno housing market has been hot for a while now and when I first started looking at homes back in March of 2021 I found the process depressing as houses would get listed and go under contract before I could even see them.

A friend of mine referred to Nick and Gavin Lemond and I'm really glad he did. Both Nick and Gavin were patient, helpful, friendly and calm. They were also very knowledgeable about the Reno housing market which was Huge and were helpful throughout my entire hunting and buying process.
