Nicki and Maria were invaluable to my wife and me. As out-of-state buyers in the tough Bucks County buyers market, we needed "boots on the ground" from our realtors, and we really got that help from them. As an attorney for many years, I have extensive professional experience with realtors and strong likes and dislikes. Nicki and Maria hit all of the good "buttons" and avoided the bad. They know their stuff. My wife and I recommend them whole heartedly and without reservation.

Maria and Nicki became my agents through Zillow when I found an old cottage in the woods- 2329 Deep Creek rd. Maria handled the offer and right away it was suspicious when the equitable owner was asking for everything despite a full price offer. She was a tough negotiator and got 2k off the price for cleaning out the house, refused to pay the seller’s 1%, but the deal stalled over the deposit- $2500 cash held by seller. She advised me to walk and I foolishly didn’t listen.

Two weeks later the private, cozy cottage in the woods dream was crushed when a map of a development being built surrounding the 2/3 acres was shared with me. I felt scammed by the false advertisement of private and cozy plus there was a pipeline going through the property.

Maria was in constant touch with me once I wanted out of the deal. Her title company immediately found a problem that would help us. The new development changed the property by .10 acres, thus a new title was required for settlement and they only had around 1-2 weeks.

In addition, Maria had the equitable owner sign off that if the deposit were not returned, the contract is voided. They bluffed a lawsuit, but once again Maria’s advise was spot on saying they had no case. I didn’t listen again and stressed out for two weeks while I hired a lawyer.

As of last week, the home is back on MLS, and Maria informed me right away so that I could finally be done with this rip-off. I lost 2500, however, Maria’s brilliant move on a greedy investor saved me much more.

Maria and Nicki are the real deal in a business full of greed. Maria never received a commission and despite several offers of a fair compensation, she refused. She returns phone calls even after the deal was lost. When I needed documents for my lawyer, Maria sent them immediately.

Writing reviews is a rarity for me and as a former teacher, I would only write one for somebody who earns an A+ as getting an A means you’ve done your job and doesn’t warrant my time for a review. Maria and Nicki care about you and finding the perfect home over making money off you. I would hire them again and I’m spreading the word to anyone looking for an agent.

Nicki and Maria helped us find another house after our landlord asked us to move (unexpectedly) when he decided to sell the house we were renting from him. We had limited time to find something and honestly I was in a panic. It was also necessary to find a rental that allowed pets. Both Nicki and Maria took us to quite a few places, but Nicki actually ended up finding the perfect place for us! As soon as she found out it was available, she quickly got us in to see it. Not only was it only a few miles from where we were living, but the house was much nicer (and bigger) and most importantly pet friendly. Nicki took care of everything including the lease and bringing us back more than once to see the house. She also got our move in date changed so we could move in sooner. As soon as I’m looking for a house to buy, I know that I we will be in good hands with Nicki and Maria. They have always taken great care of us and I have no doubt they will find us the perfect house for our family
