Nicky Dean (formerly Dou) was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas, and has proudly called Northwest Arkansas home for over 46 years. A valedictorian graduate of Springdale High School, Nicky excelled in academics, sports, cheerleading, student leadership, and was honored as Homecoming Queen. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where she was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha.
Deeply connected to the region, Nicky loves everything that makes NWA a top place to live—from boating on Beaver Lake, riding ATVs and camping in the Ozark National Forest, enjoying the live music scene on Dickson Street, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks or The Naturals, to exploring Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, and Downtown Bentonville. These experiences fuel her passion for helping others find their perfect home in Northwest Arkansas.
Nicky currently lives in Bentonville and is the proud mom of her daughter, Madison, a student at the University of Arkansas.
