Nick was great! As a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect or how the process really works. Nick walked me through everything, was quick to respond to any and all of my questions, and very professional. It can be intimidating going through the house buying process but he made it easy and was honest about what he thought of every house that we saw. I highly recommend choosing Nick as your realtor!

Worked with nick for a few months while looking in a very tough market. Nick was extremely helpful for a first time home buyer like myself. He made the process seem almost stressless. Nick was definitely very knowledgeable about everything regarding the home buying experience. He was extremely helpful in all regards of the buying process and was very quick to answer and questions that i had for him. I would highly recommend him to every person who is looking to buy a home. All around amazing experience, fantastic realtor and an extremely nice person.

Nick is the Best Realtor, not because he closes deals but because he actually cares about the deals he actually cares about the client, he walks you through step by step. Not only that I was a first time home owner there were a lot of things I didn’t know Nick took his time with me. Last but not least he was on top of things, he was always responsive to any questions I had and any properties I wanted to see. If I could rate him 100 star I would! Thank you Nick!

Moved to the area and didn’t want the big realtor companies because in the past they treated you more like a number. Nick was amazing from start to finish and helped connect us to all the right people during the process. This included changing finance companies during the process because they were a better fit for us. Nick was always available and was upfront with every listings good points and bad points! We will definitely use him again if we ever need it.

My wife and I were extremely fortunate that we went with Nick as our real-estate agent. While Nick is a true professional, working with him felt like working with a close friend. Whether it be the thorough inspection he performed at each showing, the knowledge he had on the area, the reputation and quality of the builders, I always felt confident that Nick had our best interest at heart. He was very patient throughout and never let us overbid just to close a deal. In the end we found the perfect home at a great price thanks to Nick.

I know this is a review about Nick as an agent but I have to add that even after the purchase of our home he has continued to be helpful. His knowledge extends beyond real-estate and has been helpful with recommending quality local businesses to help with home projects!
