Nicole grew up in Austin, Texas and has watched the city go from a small town to the booming metropolis it is today. Austin still has the same charm but with even more to offer. She loves calling Austin her home.
A little about her…she attended Texas Christian University and received a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts. She has always had a desire to understand others, which is why she chose to be involved in the theatre. Her desire to work with people and her outgoing personality led her first to work in sales and marketing. She truly loves meeting new people and learning what makes them tick.
Her passion for Austin, plus her love of people, and constant curiosity led her to a career in real estate. In real estate, she is able to utilize her sales and marketing skills as well as the skills of reading other’s cues, which she learned from the theatre. Her background helps her to understand human nature and work well with people from all occupations. Her goal is to help meet client’s needs by getting to know them and guiding them in the right direction. Real estate can be like putting together a jigsaw puzzle and she is honored to help people put all the pieces in place. Real estate is such a personal business with many factors that make each transaction unique. Her clients know that they can come to her with their needs, and she will have their back no matter what. Since the role of a realtor is incredibly firsthand, she is able to truly make an impact for her clients whether they are looking to buy their first home, invest, sell their home, buy for a loved one or any other real estate goal they have.
When she is not helping clients, she enjoys working out at Pure Austin Fitness, running Town Lake (ok, Lady Bird Lake but growing up it was Town Lake so that’s what she calls it!), dancing, cooking with her husband and party planning. She is meticulous, so she enjoys putting together all the final changes for events! Additionally, she loves food and wine and now that Austin has so many restaurants to choose from, she keeps a running list of places she wants to try next. When there is time for an escape, she loves to go wine tasting in the Texas Hill Country and she loves to travel anywhere and everywhere.
