I was referred to Nicole by an old friend who thought I might need her expertise. I took a while to reach out as I had lived in the DMV many years ago and thought I could find a suitable place on my own. Instead I was inundated with too much info from the wretched internet listings. I rather cynically finally reached out to Nicole. The speed and attention to detail with which she handled my requests was astounding. She met me and took me to see various listings in an area I had never thought of- but which ticked off everything I needed. She even thought of things I didn’t realize I would need, like proximity to certain stores, restaurants, the metro, gyms. Funnily enough I fell in love with the first place she showed me. She still showed me all the other places, and then diligently helped me through the application process, made more difficult because I had lived abroad for so long and no longer had much “history”. She is an expert. She knows her stuff, takes obstacles in stride and never loses her cool. I moved into my new home smoothly and in record time. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. If you’re looking for a realtor who listens well to your needs, takes quick action and problem solves so that you can be happy wherever you choose to live, give Nicole a call.

Nicole helped us find our new home! We are doing a complicated, international move, and we expected that finding the right place from overseas would be difficult and stressful, but Nicole went over and above for us. With her superb knowledge of the market, she helped us set realistic expectations, she had recommendations for lenders. She knew the red flags in an otherwise good-looking listing, which saved us precious time. She arranged a marathon viewing of upwards of 20 properties during our visit to the DMV area. We are very happy to have worked with her and will recommend her to anyone we know in the area looking to buy or sell.
