It had been quite a while since we were homeowners, and this was our first-time purchase in Maryland. We weren’t sure how or where to start, so my son-in-law referred Nicole to us, having worked with her in the past. She explained in detail every step of the process and stayed in close communication with us along the way. When our work situation demanded a change to a more localized area than what we had originally discussed with her, she was flexible and refocused her search on a different area of the state. She was very accommodating in getting us in to see every house that we had interest in. When she had a schedule conflict, she made sure we were in competent hands and was available for video call if she couldn’t be there in person. When our criteria changed almost monthly, she stepped up and reset the search to match it, never batting an eye. She put in the time to write offers sometimes in the eleventh hour before a looming offer deadline. Nicole was amazing every step of the way! Would we recommend her to our closest friends? First things first - stop reading this review and list your house with Nicole!

I worked with Nicole to sell my house in Baltimore. Before working with Nicole, I had a realtor provided via company relocation that was not cutting it. I spoke with Nicole and she talked me through her whole process (marketing, staging, open houses, showings, etc). Her communication is top-notch. Unfortunately, when I originally listed my house, the City of Baltimore was dealing with a ransomware attack, the federal government had a recent shutdown, and it was towards the end of the summer market. She helped me find a great tenant and property manager and got it under lease.

As the 12 month lease end was approaching, she worked with the tenants to list the house and made sure they were comfortable with all COVID-related aspects of showing a home. Nicole very quickly got interested parties into the home and we get an offer in under 30 days.

By the way, Nicole did all of this for me while I was living in Seattle. My only complain is that she is in Baltimore and I can't work with her to buy a house here in Seattle.

Go with Nicole, you will be very happy.

Nicole was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer Nicole walked me through the process and helped with every step along the way. She was extremely responsive and worked with me to find the perfect house. I would recommend working with Nicole if you are looking for a place in the Baltimore Metro area.

Nicole Callender was amazing, & we would definitely recommend to anyone & everyone! As first time home buyers the process can be overwhelming, & Nicole went above & beyond to make us comfortable - & make sure we were not taken advantage of since it's something we've never been through before. She went to bat for us & also was a pleasure to work with - & just an amazing person overall. You can tell she loves what she does, & cares about the people she does it for. Couldn't ask for a better first experience. We are forever grateful Nicole!

I'm incredibly grateful to have found Nicole when I needed a realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Baltimore area, and was careful to understand my needs, wants, and price range when showing houses. She is very responsive to both text and email, and took the time to answer all of my questions, even while she was on vacation. She also gave helpful recommendations when I was looking for an inspector and a mortgage lender who could handle a very short timeline. I would highly recommend that anyone trying to buy a house in Baltimore choose Nicole!

Nicole Callender is my favorite agent!! We had a property that due to a poor advice from previous agent was not sold in the hot market of real state! And you know that if you can't sell it soon, more you stay in the market more you lose the money and value.....Nicole came on board, gave good advice, sold the unit and now I can breathe!!!!
She communicates so clear, and firm with no waste of time that you can have the feeling of ,yes!! She is the one!

My wife and I have bought and sold several homes over the years. As a consequence, we have dealt with a variety of real estate brokers and agents.

We can truthfully say that Nicole Calendar has been BY FAR the best of the bunch. She provided sound advice about exactly what we should do to prepare our home for sale and about the asking price in terms of what was available in the market.

She and her staff were always very responsive to our requests for help and anticipated what needed to be done and our questions about the sales process.

In addition, Nicole remained calm and thoughtful, even when issues and crises arose that could have derailed the sale. Her candor in rationally advocating and protecting our interests enabled us to keep our expectations and approach realistic.

I had such an amazing experience working with Nicole. She’s definitely one of the most dedicated and hardest-working individuals I’ve had an opportunity to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, she really went the extra mile to help me navigate the process from start to finish. When we first met to discuss my homebuying goals, I felt like she took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me tailor my search accordingly. One of the aspects that I liked most is that I always felt like I had choices along the way. Although she had a comprehensive list of recommended individuals/companies for each step of the process, she also gave me the freedom to do some research on my own (e.g., reviewing websites, checking out online reviews), and was always willing to provide her experience. At the same time, if I was ever unsure about a part of the process, I felt like I could always count on Nicole for her candid advice. During the final stages of the homebuying process, I also felt like Nicole really pushed for several things on my behalf. She’s also been super helpful after the sale, especially with helping me navigate some of those new homeowner questions/concerns and how best to proceed. I can’t say enough positive things about working with Nicole and I give her my highest recommendation!
