Nicole Courtney

Nicole Courtney joined Weichert, Realtors® - Courtney Valleywide in 2014. Her real estate expertise spans across the entire east valley and she also specializes in Scottsdale and Phoenix/Biltmore/Arcadia luxury condos and townhouses. She works with first time home buyers and is New Home Co-Broker Certified.

Nicole has been one of the top agents in her brokerage because she makes her clients her top priority. She has an eye for detail and gives her clients the attention they need. She works very hard to be easily accessible for any questions or concerns that may arise. Nicole is an excellent negotiator and will patiently wait out until she is able to get what is in her clients’ best interest.

Nicole is an Arizona native and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2016. She enjoys keeping healthy by working out at the gym, running, hiking and playing tennis. Working on personal development, reading and writing are also passions of hers. When not working Nicole can be found spending time with her family, friends and two adorable shelter cats she rescued.
