Hi my name is Nicole DeShazo I am a full time 4th generation Real Estate Broker. In my 9 year career as a Real Estate Broker I have been involved in hundreds of transactions. I assist both Sellers and Buyers, at any stage in their life. Specifically with Sellers to ensure they get the most money for their home, while working to ensure their home is ready to hit the market and show at its best. Once properties hit the market, I closely monitor each listing and provide Sellers with detailed reports and updates about market activity in their neighborhood as well as all showing activity and buyer feedback of their home.
