Nicole Donaghy

Born and raised in Lexington County, Nicole is a true native of the Midlands of South Carolina. She feels privileged to make a living selling the area that she loves! Lexington County is her specialty, from lakefront properties to historic homes to undeveloped land, she has seen it all. Nicole got into the real estate business for her own real estate pursuits, so she has a unique drive. It grew into a career and took a life of its own! What sets her apart from other agents is her extensive knowledge of the area, and of the technology that can be leveraged to help sell homes. Nicole credits her clients for helping grow her business out of sheer hard work and many referrals. She has never forgotten her first set of clients, and as a relatively young adult, wants to sell her clients several homes over their lifetimes, and take care of their family and friends, as well! In Nicole's time away from work, she is absorbed by her lively family and pack of rescue dogs. Her hobbies are traveling, camping, reading, rescuing animals, bargain hunting, investing, and staying active. In reality, she spends nearly all of her free time chasing after her kids and picking up Legos.
