10 out of 10 would recommend Nicole if you are in the market to buy or sell or even if you have any questions regarding the process. We met with Nicole in November with questions on buying & selling and she was very knowledgeable and personable. We really started looking in February and didn't find our home until the end of July but Nicole was there with us the whole time. She was very accommodating to our schedules and always quick to respond, we always felt welcomed anytime we reached out to her. The whole process of purchasing our home felt very easy with her on our side. I can't wait to have her help us with selling our other home, wouldn't ask anyone else. Thank you Nicole 😊

Nicole is truly awesome!!! Not just at her job…(which is how we met…) but through a nightmare experience of the first round of trying to sell my home and buy my new home last yr… we actually became friends!! She was there for all of it! To talk me through and to listen to my rants…. You will definitely be blessed to have her in your corner with buying and or selling… I’ve told her Many times she’s too caring… not only for those she personally represents but the other side of the transaction as well! You don’t just get a realtor with Nicole…! You get a RARE legitimately amazing person with integrity and someone who Truly cares to help you find your home!! When you see posts about her giving keys to new home owners… that smile is genuinely because how happy she is to be part of helping other!!! We can't thank Nicole enough for all her help and encouragement! Selling and buying a house is stressful and Nicole made it seem super easy! She helped us with all our needs and questions! Nicole helped us buying our home and then selling it when we had to move cross country after almost 2 years living in the house. Nicole is absolutely THE BEST.
What I most appreciate about her is that she doesn’t have the “I know it all” attitude that I see in a lot of realtors these days. She talks in a way you understand, shows her research, and is constantly learning as she works with you to literally help you achieve the closest possible to your dream home or big sell.
She is personable, humble, and always available. She quickly responds to texts and calls and even brings you a latte for a meeting or a showing (the little things). She loves what she does and it shows in her work.
When we worked with her for the first time we had ZERO experience and knew nothing about home buying (I was also 36 weeks pregnant). She was so patient and kind. She respected our time, needs, and fully embraced our vision to help us during the buying process.
When we needed to sell our house quickly because of my husband’s job, we quickly gave her a call and she was at our home the next day with all details, numbers, and all information we had to know. I felt so at peace and comfortable knowing that we were making the right decision to sell. We sold our house after 36 hours on the market with above asking price.
Should we ever move back to Nebraska we will continue to use her as our realtor because our family fully trusts her and adore her personality. She is amazing. You will fall in love with her!!!

Nicole is truly exceptional. I was looking for my first home to purchase and was needing to move very quickly. She immediately jumped in to action and sent me houses based on what I wanted, in the neighborhoods I was looking at, and within my price range. Nicole is genuinely one of the best persons suited to help you find your new place or sell the one you already have. I was on the hunt for a new realtor when a good friend of mine suggested Nicole. I had low expectations from a bad realtor experience previously, however Nicole went above and beyond the call of duty.
