Nicole was one of the sweetest realtors we have met. She was quick to help us with selling my parents house. She was so compassion to us, because selling my parents house after having it in the family for 80 years was one of the hardest things to do. Nicole really knows how to sell and what is needed to get it sold. Anytime I had questions she was quick to get back with the answer I needed. All paper that is needed to sell a house, she was also very prompt and quick to get it down. Nicole is truly a special person. I would refer her to anyone.

We are huge fans of Nicole! She was recommended to us by a friend, and from the beginning of our search until closing, Nicole was an ideal agent. We met for an initial consultation, during which she gathered information about our interests and hopes for our first home, and throughout the entire process, she listened closely to us. We never felt pressured or rushed. On the contrary, Nicole made the entire experience feel rather simple. She explained everything that was new to us: terminology, the many steps in the home-buying process, and so on. She is clearly well connected, knows a lot about various neighborhoods, and understands how to put together a solid, competitive offer. We were very fortunate in many regards, but a lot of came down to Nicole and her expertise: with her, we only put in a single winning offer on the first house we were interested in bidding on, beating out several other offers on a property that had 73 walk-throughs in this wild housing market. The results speak for themselves with Nicole!

All I can say is I could not have picked a better relator. As a first time home buyer the amount of questions and uncertainty that I had was astronomical. Nicole, at any time of day was always willing to take a call, email, or text from not only myself but my parents as well. Nicole made this process so easy. Nicole is the BEST realtor ever! She made the homebuying process so easy for my husband and I - she's very informative and educated us on every step of the homebuying process which made it super easy for us to trust and rely on her. She was always available (via phone, text, email) & flexible - she showed us 10 houses in 1 day during our search. This was by far the easiest house I’ve ever had to sell and I’ve sold 13 in my life! Nicole made this process so smooth, stress free and simply enjoyable. She handled all of it herself and all I had to do was sign. The best part, she sold it in a couple days. If you need an honest, organized and reliable realtor, she’s the best.
