Nicole Fabiano-Oertel and her family currently live in Lake Forest, IL after living in the city of Chicago for nine years. Originally from Michigan and then starting her real estate career in 2000 in South Florida, Nicole has built a national network of clients and contacts along with having in-depth knowledge of real estate on a multi-state level. Getting into real estate at such a young age and now having nearly 25 years of experience, Nicole has a passion and skill set that is truly superior over others in her industry. Prior to her real estate career in Chicagoland, Nicole sold real estate in South Florida from 2000-2009. She specialized in new construction projects and luxury sales from Miami to the Palm Beaches. Moving to Chicago in 2009, in the midst of the real estate crisis and financial downturn, Nicole rose above and helped nearly a thousand distressed homeowners successfully avoid foreclosure by negotiating short sales. .
