Nicole has been such a blessing throughout the entire selling/buying process. We asked her to visit us in our home about six months before listing, and she was able to give us a small list of projects and tasks to complete that would make our home most appealing to the market. Our home had several viewings scheduled and multiple offers within days of its debut on the market. The first of which having been submitted within the first few hours.
Nicole jumped through hoops for us to answer any comment, question, or concern we had with facts as opposed to assumptions. She was incredibly informative, encouraging, and helpful from beginning to end.
Once informed of our wishes for our new home, Nicole went on the hunt not only with our potential home in mind but also the shape of our family. While we had a tendency to get tied up in our “new house wishlist,” she considered things like flood insurance, crime rates, proximity to work and family, and nearby opportunities for our children. In addition, the professional relationship she maintained with our lender (Courtney Arceneaux at Assurance Financy) proved to be a blessing time and time again as potential issues were most often solved before we had an opportunity to stress about them. This pair of ladies is unbeatable in the real estate game.
We don’t see ourselves selling or buying again, but if we did we’d do it all over again with Nicole and by our sides. 10/10 Recommend!
