Nicole Glocker is a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach with over a decade of experience as a professional Realtor®. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional and holds the AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designation. Recognized as both a top buyer’s agent and listing agent, Nicole consistently ranks among the top Realtors® in Coastal Virginia, a region with nearly 9,000 agents across nine independent cities: Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg.
An active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, Nicole serves on the REALTOR®/Lawyer Committee, the Grievance/Professional Standards Committee, and volunteers with the Realtors Have a Heart Association. She is also a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors, and she dedicates her time as a youth mentor with Seton House Youth Shelters.

Before launching her real estate career, Nicole owned and operated a successful child care business for nearly 15 years, where referrals made up nearly 100% of her clientele. During that time, she also worked as a Certified Birth Doula and volunteered with Operation Special Delivery, a program exclusively supporting military spouses.
Passionate about people and service, Nicole blends her deep knowledge of Hampton Roads with a client-first approach. She is known for her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring each client feels supported and confident throughout the entire real estate process.
Outside of real estate, Nicole is a devoted mother of four. She enjoys family outings, camping, cruise ship vacations, and spending quality time with her children, fiancé, and close friends.
