Nicole Kohl

Introducing Nicole Kohl– our newest real estate agent at Christmas Country Homes. Growing up in Westdale, just a few miles from our office in Camden, New York, Nicole is well suited for a career in residential real estate in upstate New York as she understands personally how much people love living in the country.

After graduating from Camden High School, Nicole worked in the banking industry, which led to a job in mortgage servicing. As a mortgage originator assistant, Nicole learned the financing side of real estate.

Nicole is now a licensed real estate agent and says that it’s a career she has specifically chosen. Says Nicole, “If I could choose any job without worrying about making a living, I would still choose real estate. Besides helping someone find their dream home, my favorite part is that each property has a story and I LOVE learning the history each one has to share.”

When Nicole isn’t growing her career in real estate, she spends time with her husband and two children. Nicole and her family enjoy camping and “anything outdoors – especially being on the water.”

According to Nicole, she is very excited to join Christmas Country Homes because of the company’s “close-knit family feel” and especially because she looks forward to listing and selling houses in her own hometown.

Fun fact – Nicole was voted class clown during her senior year of high school, so we all look forward to getting to know her sense of humor. Welcome Nicole!
