I think I met the best realtor in Florida.
started cold calling find a realtor to sell my mom‘s house in Deltona Florida. After Several phone calls. I spoke to Nicole on the phone and I had a feeling that this would be the right choice and It sure was. Nicole to the time to explain everything to me, she was never pressuring us on any issues we may have come across. She handled the long distance real estate transaction like a professional. it’s hard to find a realtor you trust and feel comfortable in making all the right decisions for you. I would have no reservation. I would tell anybody looking for a realtor in that area to contact NICOLE.

This agent is top notch!! I’m in construction and work for reality companies up and the east coast and know that if you don’t get a go getter for an agent, it could take a long time to sell your house. Asking around Deltona and cities close by, people mentioned her name so I interviewed her, and she was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and has a great system. Nicole is amazing! She not only took it upon herself to do the best job of showing and selling our property, but also with troubleshooting all the little nitty gritty details the buyer set up on closing day, keeping us posted throughout. This was very helpful because we are out of state, though with her being our eyes and ears on the ground, this was something we never had to think about. She’s been a dear and we cannot gush more about her.

My wife and I were looking for our 1st home purchase in Deltona, FL. After searching around a bit, we decided to go with Nicole as our realtor, and we were not dissapointed! She is very knowledgeable and was always available to answer any of our questions and concerns.

We decided on purchasing a new construction home. We also decided on getting our own independent inspection and sewer scope. The inspector found an issue with the main drain line under the cement foundation. At first the builder said it was no big deal. Nicole decided to call some plumbers and septic workers she knows and get their opinions. They stated it could definitely be an issue down the road. We would end up having to pay for this ourselves a couple years down the road if it was an issue. Nicole called the builder and was able to convince them it was a serious issue. They then scoped the line and agreed that it was, cut into the cement and fixed the line. Without Nicole's hard work and persistence, I do not think the builder would have admitted it was an issue.

This publix supermarket is located on Saxon boulevard. There is a family Dollar store, Chinese restaurant, and a Wendy's. There is ample parking within the parking lot. Customer service is very friendly. They serve already hot food as well. Definitely one of my favorite supermarkets. A+++ rating

Nicole helped my cousin buy a home in Florida. I was the lender on the transaction and I was so impressed with Nicole’s tenacity to 1. Find a home that my cousin loved. 2. Negotiate for seller credits to help with repairs and 3. Always be available (even when her whole family was sick and out of state). I am usually not that comfortable with people but with her it was easy, natural.
