Nicole Leininger is a third-generation real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience serving buyers and sellers in the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte real estate market. As a trusted advisor with Ivester Jackson Properties | Christie’s International Real Estate, Nicole specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties, new construction, and relocation services throughout Lake Norman and surrounding North Carolina communities.

Real estate has been part of Nicole’s life since childhood, growing up in a family of successful Realtors. She began her career early, working in the marketing department for a new construction builder during high school and college before transitioning into on-site sales. After earning her degree, she proudly followed in the footsteps of her father and grandfather by becoming a licensed residential real estate broker.

Nicole’s professional background spans three states and includes extensive experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, military families, and relocating clients. She is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) and is highly knowledgeable in military rewards programs. With a husband, father, and family members who have served in the armed forces—and having personally relocated multiple times—Nicole understands the relocation process from both a personal and professional perspective.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Nicole now proudly calls Mooresville, North Carolina home. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University and leverages the global reach and elite marketing resources of Christie’s International Real Estate to deliver exceptional results for her clients. Known for her responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail, Nicole keeps her clients informed at every step and works proactively to solve challenges before they arise.

Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found supporting her children at baseball, football, and cheer events, spending time on the water, snow skiing, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. A dedicated member of the Mooresville community, she frequently volunteers at her children’s schools and church.
