I was introduced to real estate when I was living in Israel. I had an uncanny knack for determining the correct value of homes on the market. My eye for interior design and decor helped me determine where and how to spend my money to add value. I would purchase the worst house in a good neighborhood at a great price, renovate it, and triple my investment.
