Nicole Locati

Nicole has resided in Bozeman since 1994 with her husband, architect Steve Locati, and their three children. She holds a graduate degree from Georgetown University and a BA from Montana State University.
Nicole received her Broker designation in 2019. She has also received Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Montana Properties Top Producer Awards recognizing top real estate sales performance in the Bozeman real estate market. These awards include Berkshire Hathaway’s Leading-Edge Award, Luxury Specialist Designation, President's Circle Award and Chairman's Circle Gold Award for top 2% of network. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Montana Association of Realtors, and the Gallatin Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service.
Prior to obtaining her real estate license Nicole worked for years in the legal field. Her education and legal background combined with personal experience in building, buying, and selling homes and properties provides an advantage to her clients. She has extensive knowledge of the Bozeman real estate market as well as the Bozeman community.
