About Nicole

Nicole Loudenback was born and raised in Shelby Co specifically, Sidney. During HS she moved to a neighboring community, Ft. Loramie. After graduation, she attended Lima Technical College and majored in nursing. She worked at Wilson Memorial Hospital for 26 years. Most of those years, she spent as a PCT in the Emergency Dept. She was always interested in real estate. Her Mom was a realtor for over 20 years. They were going to sell homes together. However, she passed away suddenly at the age of 57. Six weeks after she passed, Nikki found herself in real estate school at Hondos College.
In 2007, Nikki got her real estate license and in 2013 she went full time as an agent. Nikki has earned the President's Sales Club award and Award of Distinction for the past 17 years. She recently joined Glasshouse Realty Group LLC as a full-time agent and is excited to be a part of She's married to Eric, who also is a licensed realtor with Glasshouse Realty Group LLC. Nikki manages the Sidney Glasshouse Realty office. Currently, there are 9 active agents in the Sidney office.
