Nicole Majka

With 16 years of experience across three states, Nicole Majka has been a full-time real estate agent bringing her expertise and passion to the industry. She has been working with Long and Foster since 2006 and is licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she held various positions in the restaurant business from working in her family’s establishments to owning and operating her own Café in upstate New York. Being an entrepreneur and business owner enabled Nicole to develop the skills critical to become successful in real estate.

Nicole is dedicated to making peoples real estate experience both personalized and efficient with her impeccable organization skills, incredible work ethic and high level of honesty and integrity. She continuously gets her homes sold and averages 98.52% list to sales price. She understands the importance of her client’s goals which has awarded her clients a better sales price, a smoother process, and savings from repair negotiations.

Nicole is from a small town in upstate New York where she and her husband owned a 100-acre gentleman’s farm complete with a historic home built in 1796 and horses. In 2006 Nicole, her husband, Dan, and their son, Noah moved to Maryland. They are currently residing in Bel Air and when she’s not selling homes enjoys attending her son’s swim meets, attending Boy Scout events or playing with her Labradoodle and guinea pig.
