Nicole Mazzola is a San Diego native whose love for its people and the city grew into a desire to continue the family tradition of a well-established real estate career. Nicole has shadowed her father, a commercial real estate broker with over thirty-five years of experience and owner of his own brokerage, since childhood.
As far back as Nicole can remember, she has been surrounded by real estate and the excitement surrounding the industry she has grown to know and love. Nicole’s extensive education includes a dual degree in International Business and Spanish at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas as well as an extended study program in Sevilla, Spain.
Nicole has continued her education in the real estate world and aggressively stays up to speed on current market trends and new technology to keep herself and her clients on the cutting edge. Nicole’s in depth knowledge of the coastal communities gives her an immediate advantage over other local realtors. She keeps her finger on the pulse of these communities and knows the best properties on the market at any given time. In addition to her career in Real Estate, Nicole enjoys volunteering within her church and community, traveling and staying fit.
