About Nicole

Born in small town in Iowa, and then later moved to experience the fast paces of Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, Dallas and San Francisco. I met my husband and thereafter settled in Coral Springs, FL in 2002. Coral Springs has remained my home and after 13 years of being a stay at home mom was eager to get back into the work force.
My career in real estate began in Coral Springs with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in 2013. I have been extremely lucky to work with my friend and mentor Carrie Hazen who has been a prominent realtor in the area for over 10 years. With her guidance, I am proud to successfully close approximately 10 million dollars within my first 3 years in the business.
