What to say about this gal, but simply amazing. I can tell you that after experiencing trying to find a home with another realtor, she made them look awful. She CARES about what you want, LISTENS, and she knows how to negotiate! She is articulate and a go getter. Never once did she forward a call or not get back to us fast. She's a wonderful people person, and excels in doing everything right. I couldn't say enough wonderful things and do her justice. She really is in it for her client. And I would strongly suggest anyone (even if your JUST looking) she'll still make you a priority.

Nicole is the best- we were on a very short time line, we sent her a few places we wanted to look at, and first thing we saw our house near a lake in gated community we fell in love, a few hiccups happened, and Nicole was all over it making sure things went smoothly, and meeting the time line we had.... she made sure I knew the process and kept us informed the entire time.

Nicole assisted me and my husband in purchasing our first home. Nicole was excellent with communication and helping us understand the entire process. She also was very honest which was very helpful. She even helped after we closed with a lightening issue we had. I would highly recommend working with her if you value these qualities.
I also will say she has an excellent team she works with and knows lots of contacts to help with most situations.

I purchased my first home with Nicole Oliver as my agent. I was sincerely impressed by Nicole's work ethic and genuine desire to help my Wife and I find the perfect home. At the time we were searching for a home, the market was absolutely brutal, but Nicole always pulled through to get us viewings of every property we were interested in. Nicole has the determination and tenacity to make things happen in order to get what you are looking for. Nicole will be the first person I contact if I need an agent in the future.
