We had a great experience with Nicole and highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying property in Austin. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the busy Austin market. She is also not afraid to call out homes that shouldn’t be bought and point out issues to bring up at the negotiation table. Fantastic realtor.

As first time home buyers, buying a home can be extremely daunting. What questions do we ask when we look? How do we make sure this is a solid investment? What if there are hidden problems that we missed when we viewed it? These were just a few of the many questions we had when we started this process. Fortunately for us though, we had Nicole to not only guide us through this process and make it easy (and fun!), but also advocate for us when it came time to actually put in an offer and negotiate on our behalf. If you want an agent that is exceptionally knowledgeable and well-seasoned when it comes to negotiating, Nicole is the real deal. She makes sure she fully represents her clients needs and wishes. Bonus: she is also a true Austinite and a rare gem, and she KNOWS this market better than anyone else! We couldn't be happier with our experience and our purchase, and we will definitely work with her again in the future!

I do not think there are words that can express how impressed and thankful I am to have a realtor that not only puts as much passion and commitment into buying and selling your home as they would their own but has made me feel like I’m part of her family. Nicole embraced the challenges with COVID-19 by having a basket of gloves, hand sanitizer wipes and tissues at the entrance making it more comfortable for people to come in my house. Nicole had my house under contract in just a few days and closed in 30 days.

There is no question Nicole can’t answer and if doesn’t already know the answer she knows where to get the answer. Her background in lending and years of experience in real estate put me at ease, not to mention she’s born and raised Austin, she is honest and made the processes easy. Nicole even helped me clean, pack and move when I got tied up with work.

Nicole helped me buy the perfect home under asking price and she sold my house for a higher price per square foot than any house in my neighborhood. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.
