With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including seven years with Hyatt, Nicole developed a strong foundation in high-level business operations. For five years, she worked under the Chairman and CEO of Hyatt Development Corporation, responsible for new hotel development. It was during this time that she was first introduced to large-scale commercial transactions, sparking her passion for real estate.
A longtime resident of West Town, Nicole spent nearly 20 years immersed in the communities of the Northwest Side while successfully navigating the Chicago Public Schools and Park District systems. Now a Gold Coast resident and proud Lincoln Park High School parent, she has expanded her expertise to the Near North Side. Raised in Burr Ridge and having attended high school in LaGrange, she also possesses extensive knowledge of the west and southwest suburbs.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and also studied in Florence, Italy, where she completed her minor in Italian.
She brings nine years of experience in commercial and residential brokerage to the Choose City Living team at Compass. Specializing in Investment Sales and Buyer/Tenant Representation, she leverages her deep understanding of Chicago's evolving real estate market to attract new residents and businesses to the city's up-and-coming neighborhoods.
