I bought my home while I was living in another part of the country, so I was not able to see every house in person. Nicole was super helpful through the whole process - inspecting homes for me, setting up live video walk-throughs, etc. I did my best to make the search as hard as possible for her, but she put up with all of it and made the search relatively easy.

She's extremely knowledgeable about specific neighborhoods, current trends in the real estate market, and not to mention, someone you love to be around and hang out with. Nicole was fantastic! I was searching for a condo in the Logan Circle area and sent her the link for an amazing condo I had found and said please find me something "like this". 48 hours later I was standing inside that actual condo and within a week I was under contract. She did an amazing job of sourcing an off market opportunity for me and I am forever grateful and so happy in my new home. Job well done!
