I needed to sell my condo and spoke with several agents who didn't seem very motivated to get it done. Then I found Nicole... She had a proposal over to me right away. She got the property photographed and listed before the weekend. She had an open house that first Sunday and we were looking offers in no time.

We sold the place way faster than I thought it would! She kept me up to date on every step of the process like a true professional. Even though it wasn't a very expensive property I got million dollar service!

My husband and I recently decided that we wanted to buy our first home. We had an FHA loan, a budget of 180,000 and we needed a home that could comfortably fit our family and that was move in ready. So it was a pretty tall order to fill. Nicole was amazing. She answered all of our questions no matter the time of day. She rearranged her schedule so we would be the first ones to look at a home when ever one popped up that fit our needs. And in a few short months we ended up purchasing the perfect home that was perfectly in our budget and perfectly fit our needs. It’s in a great neighborhood with great schools. Our experience with Nicole Rodriguez and McDowell has been fantastic! As an agent, Nicole was so great to work with--accessible, responsive to our calls and texts and numerous questions through out the home search and buying process. She really worked hard to get to know us and what we were looking for, and was also great about being flexible when we threw another house into the mix last minute to see, etc. She was a perfect mix of professional but also very personable and she really helped to make a stressful experience (especially in this crazy market!) smooth and as simple as possible to go through.
