I needed to sell my condo and spoke with several agents who didn't seem very motivated to get it done. Then I found Nicole... She had a proposal over to me right away. She got the property photographed and listed before the weekend. She had an open house that first Sunday and we were looking offers in no time.

My husband and I were very thankful we happened to stumble upon Nicole. She instantly felt warm and was interested in helping us find our forever home not just make a sale. We had a lot of different factors we had to take into account when finding a home. Nicole made sure to find homes that would work for our specific needs. Even when we were getting discouraged in our looking she continued to search for us. Our forever home was the last one she found for us to check out. We are so thankful for Nicole’s expertise and knowledge of the in’s and outs of buying a home. If you are in need of a realtor she is definitely the person you want.

Nicole helped us find our dream home! She was so easy to work with! I called her on short notice and she immediately set up showings for us to look at two places the next day! She even helped me get a pre approval letter that evening so we could put a bid on the place the next day!! It was a very smooth process and even after the sale was final, she was still there for me to answer my questions or help me get the answers!
