About Nicole

Born in Gretna, raised in Lakeview, and a Greater New Orleans native all of her life, Nicole Schlaudecker has now been a realtor for more than a decade. She earned her license in May 2013 following many years in office management and a friend's inspiring example. She joined Athena in early 2022.

To guide clients through the Greater New Orleans real estate market, Nicole uses her strong people skills, resourcefulness, and initiative. Nicole lives in Lakeview with her husband. She discusses mortgage rates daily with their daughter, a loan officer who graduated from LSU with a degree in finance. Nicole helps out frequently at St. Louis King of France, their young son's school. She volunteers at a local rescue shelter as well. Two dogs, Prim the black-gray Catahoula mix and Ash the black-gray Pomeranian, consider her living room couch prime real estate.
