Born into the real estate business, Nicole comes from a family of Chicago residential real estate investors, wherein she honed her skills as a property manager and rental agent before eventually becoming an investor herself. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Creative Marketing from Parsons School of Design in New York City.
